I am a multilingual creative, meaning I speak fluent business, strategy, development, and design. I specialize in human experience. Not just connecting people with brands, but the human experience inherent in the design and creation of those brands. I am a passionate team leader.  I love what I do and am grateful for the opportunities I have had to work with brilliant creative minds in our industry.   

Creative Approach

Creative problem solving is at the heart of what I do. Successful creative direction is occupying the space where art direction and design meet strategy. I love to lead teams of designers, developers, writers, production artists, and administrators (yes, them too) to create beautiful solutions for brands and causes. There is nothing more satisfying than watching a diverse team of individuals come together and perform well. A healthy team is at the heart of the creative process. Add business intelligence and analytics to the problem we are trying to solve and we are off to the races. 

S.W.O.T. Ninja

I am an ITIL certified CQI specialist. I do a mean SWOT analysis. I believe in the power of the white board, and the intimate connection between a solid business process and innovative design. Building connection between brands and people is the work of knowledgeable, resourceful creatives. It is critical to be first to innovation and technological integration, even if all of the answeres haven't been worked out in terms of ethical implimentation, academic integrity, and the continued rising cost of workeforce management.

​Trusting the humans you work with, and the clients you serve, to create the best product for the brand is crutial. There will be mistakes along the way, but a solid process and a flexable mindset ensures that you will weather the majority of the storms in the work that we do.     

Tribe Building

There is a lot of talk about human interest in our design deliverables, but I think we miss the importance of human interest in the design process. I am a highly skilled team builder specializing in the effective management of dynamic people while planning and implementing strategic visions through innovative creative direction. It takes a special person to fight against increasing entrepreneurialism, decreasing loyalty, and an industry struggling with balancing technology innovation and ethics. I strive to be that "yes, and" person for my team every day of the work week. From spearheading high-profile communication strategies at Mercedes-Benz US International to leading transformative B2B marketing efforts at Fledging, I have successfully positioned brands for growth and innovation. My expertise spans crisis communications, media relations, Inclusion-focused branding, and digital storytelling, with a history of managing multi-channel campaigns, high-stakes public relations, and investor relations that have yielded tangible business success. As a dynamic leader, I have built and mentored diverse marketing teams while seamlessly executing visionary strategies that resonate across industries.
