Brief: At Mercedes-Benz US International, internal communications play a crucial role in keeping our workforce informed, engaged, and aligned with our company’s vision. As the Internal Communications Lead, my focus was on delivering clear, compelling messaging that fostered a strong corporate culture and ensured employees felt connected to our mission while maintaining the highest brand standards for the Mercedes-Benz and Maybach brands.
Through strategic storytelling, executive communications, and company-wide initiatives, we reinforced our brand values while keeping employees informed about key developments, innovations, and business priorities. A key part of this role was managing agency partnerships to create high-quality content that resonated with our diverse workforce. From corporate announcements to employee spotlights and leadership updates, we worked closely with creative teams to ensure consistency in tone, visual identity, and messaging. Digital content creation was also a priority, leveraging internal platforms, videos, and interactive formats to make communications more engaging, accessible, and impactful.
